ORIGINAL PHYTOPREPARATIONS FOR SPORTS MEDICINE
On January 13 of this year, Deputy Minister of Tourism and Sports S. M. Zharasbayev, Olympic boxing champion S. Sapiyev, and several senior representatives of the national sports authorities visited the laboratories and production facilities of JSC «Research and Production Center «Phytochemistry» and LLP «Karaganda Pharmaceutical Plant».

During the visit, the leaders of Kazakhstan’s sports sector were thoroughly acquainted with the development and production of original adaptogenic, tonic, and immunomodulatory phytopreparations, as well as with the potential for their application in sports medicine.

Following the meeting, a decision was made to prepare and conclude a Memorandum between the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, JSC «RPC «Phytochemistry», and LLP «Karaganda Pharmaceutical Plant» on the development and submission to the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of a scientific and technical program aimed at the development and organization of production of original phytopreparations for sports medicine.
