COOPERATION WITH RUSSIAN SCIENCE IS EXPANDING
On January 29 of this year, the laboratories and production facilities of the Research and Production Center “Phytochemistry” were visited by Natalia Vladimirovna Kudashkina, Doctor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Head of the Department of Pharmacognosy at Bashkir State Medical University, and Alexander Vladimirovich Samorodov, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor at the I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

The guests were introduced to ongoing experimental work, including the isolation and identification of individual compounds from plant raw materials, the synthesis of new compounds based on natural terpenoids, alkaloids, flavonoids, and steroids, the development of pharmaceutical substances, and the organization of pilot-scale production of finished dosage forms of original phytopreparations.

Following their visit to the laboratories and pilot pharmaceutical production facilities, a meeting was held between the Russian professors and leading scientists and young specialists of the Research and Production Center. The participants discussed a cooperation plan, including training opportunities for young researchers in the fields of pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacognosy, and pharmaceutical technology.
